Today I
find that my blog has been censored for those who live in Argentina. Long time
no write as Patro Kieran, the truth is that,
I have much more to write, just change the position today of
observation.
Last year
one of my blogs I have participated http://kagaron.blogspot.com.ar/ network and
wiki leaks leakymails replicating, spreading like computer break the siege that
makes our country as any dictatorial country.
The
violation of freedom of expression anywhere is the principle to silence any
voice against a system in Argentina is not only trying to silence the press
buying it but threatening and intervening directly on the Internet.
I could say
many things, all you do is invoke the Constitution Argentina 1994 saying it
violates the length and breadth the whole constitution of our country,
particularly as Article 14 ... which makes me feel what is the true cause of a
future change of constitution.
Article 14.
- All the inhabitants of the Nation enjoy the following rights under the laws
that regulate their exercise, namely: to work and perform any lawful industry;
to navigate and trade; to petition the authorities to enter, stay, travel and
leave the Argentine territory, to publish their ideas through the press without
prior censorship; to use and dispose of their property, to associate for useful
purposes, to profess freely their religion, to teach and learn.

Hoy me entero que mi blog ha sido censurado para los que
vivan en la Argentina. Hace mucho que no escribo como Patro Kieran, la verdad
es que no tengo mucho mas que escribir, solo hoy cambio la postura de observación.
El año pasado en uno de mis blogs http://kagaron.blogspot.com.ar/ he
participado de la red de leakymails y de wiki leaks replicando, difundiendo
como romper el cerco informático que hace nuestro país como cualquier país dictatorial.
La violación de la libertad de expresión en cualquier lugar
es el principio para silenciar cualquier voz en contra de un régimen, en la Argentina
no solo se intenta silenciar la prensa comprándola sino amenazando y
interviniendo directamente sobre internet.
Podría decir muchas cosas, lo único que hago es invocar a la
Constitución Nacional Argentina 1994 diciendo que se viola en lo largo y lo
ancho toda la carta magna de nuestro país, en forma particular el Art. 14… lo
que me deja la sensación de cuál es la verdadera causa de a futuro el cambio de
constitución.
Art. 14.- Todos los habitantes de la Nación gozan de los
siguientes derechos conforme a las leyes que reglamenten su ejercicio; a saber:
de trabajar y ejercer toda industria lícita; de navegar y comerciar; de
peticionar a las autoridades; de entrar, permanecer, transitar y salir del territorio
argentino; de publicar sus ideas por la prensa sin censura previa; de usar y
disponer de su propiedad; de asociarse con fines útiles; de profesar libremente
su culto; de enseñar y aprender.
